Notes, anyone?

After paying my $2.99, Im not sure how this is too much different than the free Notes app (especially the "sync with Mac" bit).
FYI, no recurring tasks capability that I could see, which to be fair, is not advertised in the app description.
But still, $3 for a simple syncing list app?
Extra star for the nice layout...
